Kevin Bae on the gym floor.

I'm Kevin Bae.

Fifteen years in the gym. NASM certified. Still practicing what it means to return.

I made this for the person who has fallen out of rhythm and wants a clear next workout. Training and food are never a measure of your worth.

The goal is to feel capable without me.

Before you start.

Is it really free?

Yes. The 13-page PDF is free. No card details or paid subscription are required.

How do I get the guide?

Enter your first name and email. Kit sends a confirmation email. Use its confirmation button to open the PDF download. Check spam or promotions if the message does not appear.

What if I have been away for months?

Start with light weights and learn the movements again. The guide includes cues and a shorter-session option. Your starting point depends on your current ability.

Do I need a gym?

The main workouts use gym equipment. The guide also includes home swaps. Use the version that fits the equipment you have.

What happens if I miss a day?

Do the next letter. If A was your last workout, B is next. You do not need to restart the week or make up a double session.

Is this personal coaching?

This is a self-guided plan. It does not include personal coaching or individual medical advice. The client experiences above come from past one-to-one coaching.

Do I have to share your faith?

No. Faith is part of why I teach. You do not need to share it to use the workouts or food guide.

Your next session
is still there.
