The Return Plan email list
Your first name and email are sent to Kit when you sign up for the Return Plan and occasional emails from Kevin. The form explains this before you submit. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email. RISEN does not sell your contact details.
Kit sends a confirmation email. Confirming your address opens the PDF download. The embedded signup form loads from Kit, which may also receive technical information needed to serve and protect the form.
Brand inquiries and other email
The brand form currently prepares an email draft. Your details leave the browser only when you send it through your email service. If a hosted inquiry form is connected, that provider will process your submission as shown on the form. Kevin uses the information to reply and discuss the inquiry. Do not include health records or other sensitive information.
Videos and links
External videos load only when you choose to play them. TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube may then receive your IP address and use their own cookies or similar tools. Links to other websites are governed by those sites' privacy policies.
Analytics and technical information
No optional analytics provider is enabled on this site. Names, email addresses, and inquiry text are not sent to an analytics service. Hosting providers may process technical request information to deliver and protect the site.

Some links are affiliate links. If you buy through them, Kevin may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links are labeled where they appear. Buying through a link is optional.
Your information
To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you have shared, email kevin@risen.fit. Information is kept as needed to provide the requested service, answer an inquiry, and meet applicable obligations. Provider records and backups may have their own retention periods.
The email list is intended for adults. This site does not ask for health information through signup. Exercise and nutrition content is general education, not medical care.
