You do not need an impressive answer. You need a useful one.
When you're coming back to training, I'd start with what you want to feel able to do. Walk into the gym without feeling lost. Carry a heavier bag. Finish the week knowing you made room for yourself.
Then look at your starting point. What feels familiar? What has changed since you last trained? An injury or change in health needs attention before you build the work around it.
Look at the week you have.
Choose times that exist in your life. If the plan needs a version of your schedule you have never lived, it needs another look.
Make the shorter session part of the plan now. It is easier to use an option you already chose than invent one when you are tired.
Give yourself a next step.
Use a simple sequence. A, B, C. When a session moves, the next letter stays the same.
I am not taking coaching clients right now. The Return Plan gives you a starting structure to use on your own.
Your real week is where the work belongs.
