Update: I'm not taking coaching clients right now. Here's how to start on your own.
When I worked with clients, I kept the list small so I could pay attention. A useful working relationship needed a clear goal and honest communication.
You did not have to be advanced. You did need a plan you understood and a place for it in your week.
Support has to fit the person.
That is still true when you choose a free plan. Look at the time, the equipment, and what the plan asks of you. Ask whether it leaves room for your life.
If you need medical care, injury support, or help with eating that feels out of control, a general workout plan cannot replace that support.
If what you need is a clear next workout, the Return Plan gives you three letters and a way to continue after a missed day.
Take the part that serves you.
My work now is online: training plans, videos, and writing. The aim stays the same. I want you to understand the choice and practice the next one.
The goal is to feel capable without me.
