A goal.
A plan.
A decision.
You’re ready to stop repeating the same starting point. We agree on what you want to achieve and build a project around it. Every project has a 16-week minimum.
Your goal sets the direction.
Bring a goal. If you don’t have one yet, we’ll work on one at the consult. If we can’t agree on a clear goal, we don’t start.
Every session has a reason.
One-on-one training, programming, nutrition coaching, and check-ins. The plan responds to how you’re doing. Strength work when it serves the goal. Stretching and rolling when that is what the day calls for.
A timeline based on assessment.
I assess your starting point, explain what the work requires, and propose a timeline. Sixteen weeks is the minimum commitment, not a promise that every goal takes sixteen weeks.
Fewer clients. More attention.
I keep a small roster so I can be more available to the people I coach. The commitment runs both ways.
The commitment
One goal.
Two ways to commit.
Every project starts with an assessment. We agree on the goal, I set the proposed timeline, and we choose the training frequency that supports it.

Prices cover 16 weeks. Choose upfront payment or four payments billed every 4 weeks. Both options carry the same 16-week commitment. Your project timeline depends on your assessment and goal.
Before you decide.
Do I need a goal before the consult?
Bring one if you have it. If not, we’ll work on one together. We need to agree on a goal before we begin.
Where do we train?
All training is in person at Dave Fisher’s Gym. We agree on your schedule at the consult.
Is every session heavy lifting?
No. We train according to what you need. When you’re sore, the session may focus on stretching, rolling, and mobility.
What is the commitment?
A 16-week minimum. Twice-weekly training is $4,000; five-times-weekly training is $8,000. We agree on the project timeline, payment schedule, and full terms before you commit.
What if I need to think about it?
Take the time you need. Come back when you’ve made the decision. Coaching starts with a commitment from both of us.
What if I have an injury?
Keep your fit-check answer general. We establish whether training is appropriate and whether a qualified clinician needs to be involved before we begin.
