Why I don’t take everyone

Fewer clients means more attention for the people who commit.

I keep my client list small so I can be more available to the people I train. That only works when we are both committed to the same goal.

You don’t have to be advanced. You do need to be ready to participate, communicate, and follow through. We can find a goal together. We can’t build a project around an indefinite maybe.

I won’t make the work sound easier to get you to sign up. I’ll tell you what I think it requires, including a proposed timeline and a minimum commitment of sixteen weeks.

If you need time to think, take it. Come back when you’ve made the decision.

General training and nutrition education, not medical advice or an individual treatment plan.

Bring a goal.
